Welcome to Promptable (https://promptable.space). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications (including the Android app com.promptable.app), services, and platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Promptable is developed, owned, and operated by Dreamy Labs, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our."

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using Promptable, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a registered user is under 13, we will promptly deactivate the account and delete all associated personal data from our servers.

2. Account Registration & Security

Certain features of the Service (such as submitting prompts, saving prompts, building a creator profile, following creators, and managing notifications) require creating an account. We support registration and sign-in via Google OAuth Single Sign-On as well as Email and Password with One-Time Passcode (OTP) verification.

By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete account information;
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and passwords;
Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account;
Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, exhibit malicious behavior, or have been abandoned for an extended period.

3. Description of the Service

Promptable is a creator-driven platform and curated discovery library for text-based prompts designed for third-party artificial intelligence (AI) image and video generation tools. Users can:

Browse, search, filter, and copy AI prompt recipes for use with third-party AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, Google Gemini, Black Forest Labs Flux, Runway, Kling AI, Luma Dream Machine, Stable Diffusion, and others);
Submit their own AI prompts, descriptions, and illustrative sample outputs for review and publication;
Create a public creator profile showcasing published prompts and social links;
Save, like, and organize prompts into personal collections.

Promptable does not operate AI image or video rendering models on its servers. We provide text prompt recipes and descriptive parameters. We are independent of, and have no official affiliation with or endorsement from, any third-party AI generation tools referenced on the platform.

4. User-Submitted Content & Community Safety

4.1 Ownership & License Grant

You retain ownership of the original prompts, text descriptions, and preview images you submit to Promptable ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Promptable and Dreamy Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, index, distribute, and promote your User Content across our website, mobile application, and official marketing channels.

4.2 Content Standards (Prohibited Content)

To ensure a safe, creative community for all users, you agree that your User Content will strictly adhere to our standards. You must not submit:

Sexually explicit, pornographic, or Not-Safe-For-Work (NSFW) content;
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) — Zero tolerance policy: violates result in immediate termination, IP banning, and reporting to law enforcement authorities;
Content promoting hatred, discrimination, harassment, defamation, or violence against individuals or groups;
Graphic depictions of gore, violence, self-harm, or terrorist acts;
Prompts engineered for malicious "jailbreaking," malware generation, or bypassing third-party AI safety filters;
Content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights;
Spam, deceptive marketing, fraudulent schemes, or duplicate submissions.

4.3 UGC Moderation, Reporting & User Blocking

Promptable employs a multi-tiered safety system to protect users from objectionable content:

Pre-Publication Moderation: All submitted prompts undergo editorial review before appearing in public feeds.
In-App Reporting: Users can flag any objectionable prompt or creator in real-time via the in-app Report tool, specifying categories such as spam, harassment, hate speech, nudity, violence, copyright violation, or misinformation. Reported items are immediately hidden from the reporting user's local feed.
In-App User Blocking: Users can block any creator instantly. Blocked creators cannot interact with you, and their content is filtered from your browsing experience. Blocked accounts can be managed anytime in Settings > Blocked Users.
24-Hour Moderation Action: Our moderation team investigates flagged content and takes appropriate disciplinary action (including content removal, warning, or permanent account termination) within 24 hours.

5. Account Deletion & 30-Day Grace Period

You have the right to terminate your account at any time:

In-App Deletion: You can initiate account deletion inside the Mobile App under Settings > Account > Delete Account following identity verification.
External Deletion Request: You may also request deletion via our Contact Page or by emailing [email protected].
30-Day Recovery Period: Upon confirmation, your account is immediately deactivated and placed into a 30-day grace period. You may restore your account simply by logging back in within 30 days. After 30 days, your personal profile, credentials, and avatar files are permanently purged.

6. Intellectual Property & DMCA Takedowns

The Promptable name, logo, custom user interfaces, codebase, and visual design are the exclusive property of Dreamy Labs. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, frame, or redistribute the platform architecture without prior written authorization.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on Promptable infringes your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA / Takedown Notice to our designated copyright agent:

Your takedown notice must include:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
Specific URL(s) or prompt identifier(s) of the infringing material;
Your contact information (legal name, email address, physical address, and telephone number);
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized;
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

7. Advertising & Monetization

Promptable displays advertisements through Google AdSense on the website and Google AdMob on the mobile application (including banner, native, interstitial, and rewarded video formats). Advertisements support our infrastructure and keep prompt discovery free. For information on how ad data and consent choices are handled, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

The Service may contain affiliate links, tool recommendations, and links to third-party AI services. If you click on an affiliate link and complete a purchase, Promptable may receive an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you. For full disclosures, please refer to our Disclaimer.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. Specifically, Dreamy Labs does not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure;
Any AI prompt template will produce identical, reproducible, or specific visual results when submitted into third-party AI generators;
User-submitted content is accurate, original, or free of errors.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamy Labs, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dreamy Labs from and against any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us informally at [email protected] so that we may attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of Promptable following any updates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
