Submit a Prompt

By submitting content to Promptable, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Originality: You confirm that the prompts, images, and all other content you submit are originally created by you or you have full rights and permissions to share them. Submitting copied, stolen, or plagiarized content from other creators is strictly prohibited.
2. No Unauthorized Use of Personal Likeness: Uploading photographs, AI-generated images, or any depictions of real individuals without their explicit written consent is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to photos of friends, family, public figures, or any identifiable person.
3. Copyright & Intellectual Property: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submission does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. Promptable is not responsible for any copyrighted content uploaded by creators.
4. Content Responsibility: The creator who uploads the content bears full legal responsibility for any copyright infringement, identity misuse, or violation of any applicable laws. Promptable acts solely as a hosting platform and does not endorse or verify the originality of submitted content.
5. Reporting & Takedowns: If you believe your copyrighted content or personal likeness has been used without authorization, you may contact Promptable to report the issue. Promptable will review and take appropriate action, including removal of the infringing content.
6. Content License: By submitting, you grant Promptable a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submitted content on the platform. You retain ownership of your original work.
7. Content Moderation: Promptable reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any submission that violates these terms, contains inappropriate material, or is deemed unsuitable for the platform at its sole discretion.
8. Accuracy of Information: You confirm that all information provided (username, email, social links, etc.) is accurate and belongs to you. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your content being removed and your account being restricted.
